Founded in 1986 by Ann and Narciso Seisa, Vagthol’s Residential Care Center serves the developmentally disabled population in the Burbank and Hollywood areas of Los Angeles, California.
Vagthol’s focuses on many best practices paradigms for service delivery, including person-centered planning, person-first language, and positive behavioral supports.
